PLC Splitter also named Planar Lightwave Circuit Splitters or balanced optical splitter, this optical splitter are Single Mode Splitters with an even split ratio from one input fiber to multiple output fibers. The 1x8 optical splitter with 1 input and 8 output fibers with an even split ratio across all fibers regardless of input wavelength. some of its most notable characteristics, its compact size, the low insertion loss and the excellent uniformity offered, giving this splitter model a high degree of reliability, The Balanced 1x16 optical splitter was application in FTTh / FTTx networks and can also be used in other applications such as passive optical networks, fibrotic sensors, local area networks and test instruments.

All of our PLC splitter can be customized, the most common of package have mini steel tube package, ABS box package and Cassette box package, the mini steel tube package PLC splitter input and output pigtail diameter is 0.9mm, default pigtail length is 1meter, the pigtail length also can be customized according customer's request. The most common connector is SC connector (SC/APC or SC/UPC).
