1. Raw materials production as per order’s request, whole-process quality supervision including fabric tension thickness tolerance, color difference .etc.

2. Fabric cutting & accessories preparation.

3. Sewing for cutting-pieces, sewing machine’s debugging, whole-process quality supervision including thread tension and stitch density, product size tolerance .etc.

4. Packing for products.

5. Quality inspection for products.

6. Delivery to warehouse.

7. Container-loading for shipment.

Shipping:

1. Loading port: Wuhan ,Shanghai ,Guangzhou or else.

2. Delivery time: For FCL: 4-8 weeks; For LCL: 3-5 weeks after receiving deposit, LC and everything confirmed.

3. Our container was shipped from Wuhan Port by Yangtze River to Shanghai Port, it need around 3-7 days.
