ASTM D1119 Engine Coolant and Rust Inhibitor Ash Content Analyzer for Antifreeze

Summary

The Ash Content Analyzer operates on the principle of evaporating or burning the sample under certain conditions, then calcining the ash in a strong heat source and sintering the solid residue. This process determines the ash content of the test product.

The Ash Content Analyzer is suitable for testing unused commercial engine coolants and liquid rust inhibitors, and can also be used to identify the types of coolants and rust inhibitors, but it is not suitable for determining the total inhibitor content.

I. Main technical features

◆ Ceramic heating chamber, good insulation effect, to avoid burns to staff;
◆ Microcomputer processing and PID control, digital display, accuracy ±0.1℃ PT100 sensor;
◆ Porcelain silicon evaporation dishes, 50～100ml, 120～150ml, meet standard requirements;
◆ Hinged furnace door, convenient to open and close;
◆ Electrical control box is separate from the heating box, reducing damage to the electrical box from high temperatures;
◆ Split structure, easy to operate;
◆ This Ash content analyzer adopts imported heating wire for heating, extending service life;
◆ The casing is made of cold-rolled steel mold.
