High Chrome And Ni Steel Heat Resistant Casting Grate Bar Use For Fornaces

A component in which a solid fuel is stacked and burned efficiently in a boiler or industrial furnace. The whole grate mainly includes two parts of frame and grate piece. The grate pieces are usually made of cast iron. After assembly, the necessary ventilation gaps are maintained between the pieces, and a separate ventilation chamber with adjustable air volume is often provided under the grate to allow air to enter the fuel layer through the gaps. The slag is discharged by manual or mechanical methods. The grate has fixed type, mobile type, reciprocating type, vibrating type and bottom feeding type.
