Main Features

The inspection on machine:

1. Inspection before shipment: It will last 30 minutes (size M) under the speed of 500 pcs/min. The qualified products should be at least around 12367 pcs, qualified rate should not less than 97%, and efficiency should not lower than 85%.

2. Inspection after arriving at the buyer’s factory: It will last 2 hours (size M) under the speed of 500 pcs/min, the materials for inspection should be offered by the buyer, The qualified products should be at least around 49470 pcs , qualified rate should not less than 97%, and efficiency should not lower than 85%.

Driving System

1. Material shelf is driven by servo motor , double air expansion axles , constant tension control, and auto material splicing.

2. Main machine conveying, SAP dosing, pulp feeding and elastic stretching adopts servo motor control.

3. Back transmission is driven by servo motor.

4. Cutters are driven by servo motor.
