Zaval casted fully welded body trunnion mounted ball valves are designed according to API6D standard and be offered two-piece and three-piece split body designs. The valves can be applied in wide pressure and temperature ranges (150LB~2500LB and -46~200℃), The series are subjected to fire safe test and certified per API607 and API6FA.

Design Features

1. Welded forged steel body.
2. Blow-out Proof Stem : Safety feature that functions to assure stem sealing at all pressures.
3. Back-up Metal to Metal Sealing: If primary soft-seat materials are burned, the metal-to-metal provides shutoff.
4. Anti-static device
5. Double block and bleed.
6. Fire safe design , primary metal to seal, secondary O-ring seat seals.
7. Emergency Sealant Injection Fitting: Allows external intervention to prevent seat leakage.
