ET375 foldable digital food thermometer is a smart instant response device for cooking. It has very simple shape and follows minimal design theory that simple is the best. It has a nice mostly compact temperature probe. It's lightweight and has an easy to see digital read out. The tip of probe is designed much thinner, contributing to faster heat transfer rate. Comes with a long probe that is easy to use and keeps users from burning their hands while measuring. This thermometer completely meets the demands of all kinds of food and cooking.

To save power, it automatically shuts off after 15 minutes. This kitchen utensil has a large range of measurement from -49°F to 392°F (-45°C to 200°C), 0.1°F/°C resolution, ±1.8°F/1°C accuracy, perfect for indoor or outdoor use in the kitchen, oven, barbecue, grill, smoking and many more. And allows users to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius by pushing the button inside the battery case.

Usage Instruction

1. Turn on: To turn on the unit, push the ON/OFF button to “ON” position. The temperature displays on LCD.

2. Temperature measuring: Insert the probe into beverage or food; get the temperature reading after the reading on LCD readout is stable. Clean the probe with a damp cloth after use.

3. Clean and care: Clean the probe with a damp cloth after use. DO NOT submerse the thermometer in water or place it in dishwasher.

4. Turn off:
i. Turn off manually: To turn off the thermometer, push the ON/OFF button to “OFF” position.
ii. Auto off: The thermometer will turn off automatically if there is no operation in 15 minutes.
