Dangerous Goods Transporter

For blasting equipment transport vehicles and dangerous goods transport vehicles, the engine exhaust pipe of the vehicle should be front-mounted, and an exhaust spark extinguisher should be installed. Installed at the tail end of the exhaust pipe to cool the exhaust gas of the motor vehicle, so as to avoid extinguishing the sparks entrained in the exhaust gas.

Static conductive rubber mop

The static conductive rubber mop is installed on the chassis of the vehicle. It can introduce static electricity into the ground, keep the box at the zero point, and prevent the generation of static sparks.

Ionic smoke fire detector

The cargo compartment should have good smoke alarm performance. When there is smoke, the smoke detection fire alarm should be issued within 3 minutes. There is a built-in alarm device in the cab, and the alarm sound intensity is above 100 dB.

Static conductive rubber sheet

The floor of the cargo compartment should be laid with a flame-retardant static conductive rubber sheet and fixed with a static conductive adhesive. The glue is evenly spread, the rubber sheet is evenly bonded, the interface is tight, the gap is minimized, and the adhesive is filled. The board should not be wrinkled or warped.

Explosion-proof container

Anti-explosive containers should be stored in the rear bin. The thickness of the separation wall should not be less than 80mm. The interlayer of the wall should be filled with materials that can absorb the energy of the explosion shock wave and non-combustible (or flame retardant); when installing anti-explosive containers, the location of the vent hole should avoid facing the important parts of the car chassis.

Ventilation windows, vents

The ventilation window is formed by one-time pressing through a special mold, which has the functions of preventing rain and ventilation. The vents are installed on the side panels of the side compartments corresponding to the ventilation windows to ensure air circulation in the compartments.

Warning sign

The cargo box should also be painted with safety notices, diamond-shaped labels for explosives, hazard lights, orange explosions, etc. to facilitate identification and discovery by other personnel.

Burglar alarm and cabinet skin

The skin material in the cargo compartment should be selected from flame retardant materials that do not produce sparks upon impact. Non-ferrous metal materials or marine plywood can be used. The inner surface of marine plywood should be coated with fireproof coating. The gap between the inner and outer skins of the cargo compartment should be filled with flame-retardant and heat-insulating materials, and the outside of the metal outer skin should be sprayed with light-color paint. In addition, the door frame is equipped with an anti-theft alarm device to ensure the safety of the cabin.
