Product Description

Three return dryer is high efficiency combined three cylinder dryer. Large three cylinder dryer, usually 6-7 meters long, is divided into straight cylinder and cone cylinder. The flow of materials is driven by the vanes in the cylinder (i.e. guide plate) along with the rotation of the cylinder. It is suitable for straight cylinder or cone cylinder structure. The three-way dryer is made up of three concentric cylinders with different diameters, which are nested together, rather than linked. That is the chain. This special structure determines the size of its output, so this new dryer is also called the three-way dryer. Ljsh high efficiency combined three cylinder dryer has compact structure and small floor area, which is one-half of the floor area of single cylinder drying with the same output. It is reliable, low energy consumption, high thermal efficiency, good drying effect of materials, easy to realize automatic control and few operators.

Working Principles:

1. Materials are sent to hopper of Three Cylinder Sand Rotary dryer/triple pass sand rotary drum dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator.
2. The barrel is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together.
3. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel rotates.
4. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.
