1. When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.

3. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

4.How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

6. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

WHO WE ARE

Since 1980s we have focused on paper products. We own three paper bag factories respectively in China and Vietnam.

In order to let the plants concentrate on production we split sales function to trading company EC GLOBAL (SHANGHAI) from the year 2012. We established another trading company EC GLOBAL (HONGKONG) in 2019 to avoid the impact from China-US trade war.

The trading company business is not only for our own paper bag but also other paper products, such as gift box, jewel case.

History:

• 1st paper bag factory set up in 1986 in Taiwan
• 2nd paper bag factory set up in 1999 in Anhui province, China
• 3rd paper bag factory set up in 2017 in Vietnam

Different with other products, our waterproof paper bag adopts special technology without any plastic(film), which is fully GREEN. In addition, the bag can load 8-12kg wet goods sustaining at least 12 hours.
