Introduction
Cutting structure
In response to the characteristics of different cutting effects of blades in different areas on the cone, the conical blade is placed in the permanent contact area and the wedge blade is placed in the alternative contact area, thereby greatly improving the drilling efficiency. By placing the diamond blade in the permanent contact area of the cone of the severely worn blade, the wear resistance of the cutting structure can be enhanced. A tungsten carbide blade is placed on the top surface of the cone to protect the cone from abrasion.
Gauge Structure
With active cutting gauge protection inserts on bit body, the bit has good gauge protection and up drill capability.
Bearing Structure
High precision journal bearing. Balls lock the cone.Hardface heard bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction-reducing alloy. Abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing are improved. Compared with three cone bit, the leg bearing is bigger, so it can receive higher WOB and high reliability.
Hydraulic Design
Small angled watercourse design increased the shirttail thickness and can effectively prevent the watercourse erosion.Optirnized hydraulics structure improves the clearing capability and increases ROP.

Features
Through the specific structure of the cone, equal wear of the pressure block in the permanent contact area and the replacement contact area of the drill bit is realized.
By setting the PDC tool in the permanent contact area of the cone (where the pressure block is most easily worn), the wear resistance of the cutting structure can be enhanced.
Optimized hydraulics structure improved the cleaning ability of hydraulic system on cone and bottom hole,and assure higher ROP.
The bit has excellent gage protection and up reaming abilities by setting active cutting conical spherical gage compacts on head body.
