Flare ignition device is one equipment to burn H2S gas separated out of drilling fluid. It is connected with poor boy degasser by vent line and flare line. When burning the gas out the gas will become common subject without poison or other harmful issues.This Flare ignition device provides safe drilling condition and good environment. So we call flame igniter is environment friendly equipment.

It is used together with drilling fluid gas separator and is widely used in oil drilling engineering. The lower part of the anti-tempering device is equipped with a drainage valve to prevent the backfilling of rainwater from affecting the use. The cable is protected by steel tubes to prevent the high temperature from burning out.

TRYPD flare ignition device is combined with ignition torch, control box and portable ignition control box. The two boxes are connected by a 50m armored cable, of which the control box is used fixedly. When igniting, we need to connect the cables to the two boxes respectively. Portable ignition control box should be used in a safe environment, it plays a role in the ignition of control box.
