Single phase AC motorized anti-explosion electric actuator/comply to ATEX and SIL3

Description

DCL single phase AC motorized electric actuator can be used to drive valve or swinging arm in 90% explosive environment with flammable gases. The motor is automatically stopped by internal cams striking limit switches. Two more passive contact auxiliary limit switches are added to confirm valve position. Very compact size with unique integral design of motor/housing. Permanent lubricated self-locking worm gear made by special bronze alloy material improve resistance of friction.

Actuators are now under rigorous tests per UL and CSA standards and will be certified by CSA in Q3 2020. ATEX and Safety Integrity Level 3(SIL 3) has been certified.
