PE, EVA Film Extrusion Machine is mainly for extrusion and blowing of HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE filmm. If replacing the mould and air ring, it can also produce EVA film. It is often called as PE,EVA Film Blowing Machine,PE,EVA Film extruder.

Traditional Central Winder Station is popularly used. Simple and reliable.

IF your target film is mainly super thin film, please consider a single or double frictional winding station.

Both corona treater and rotational die are optional at request.

Gusset folder, 1 HDPE die, 1 LDPE & LLDPE die are included in standard design.

Iris hexagonal stabilizer and fully rotational die + 2-layer rotational air ring are optional. Mick Weight Control (D-Line) is also available at request.

  If 100% recycled LDPE resin, our foam can give you equal foam mini cell, better hardness, good smoothness, good rebound performance.  Also easy for good bonding.
