LV 202-40 ZZ Custom Ball Bearings Advantages:
1. Small resistance, long life and wide application
The V-shaped surface of LV (RV) series guide roller bearings has
been finely grinded. The surface roughness of the V-shaped groove
of the bearing reaches Ra0.32. The V-shaped groove of the bearing
has good parallelism with the installation plane of the inner ring.
The force is stable and the friction resistance is small.
2. Easy installation
After the bearing is equipped with eccentric shaft and concentric
shaft, the installation is very convenient. The appropriate preload
can be obtained by adjusting the eccentricity of the eccentric
bearing.

Series LV bearings can be widely used in the cylindrical track or " V " profile track with an angle of 120 degrees. Different from the series LFR bearings, series LV bearings are more adaptable to the different track sizes.

Bearings take the metal shield to prevent the dust. URU also can provide the bearings with concentric or eccentric pivot.
The bearings have an undercut on its bottom of groove on the outer ring. If the application disallow this undercut, URU can meet customer's technical requirement. Also URU can accept the bearings with various angle of " V " profile.
