Drawworks is necessary hoisting mechanism on a oil well drilling rig. Essentially, drawworks is one large winch that spools off or takes in the drilling line and thus raises or lowers the drill stem and bit.

Features of Rig Drawwork

* There are two different kinds of drawworks,internal transmission and external transmission.

* All of the braring use roller bearings ,and shaft materials are high quality steel.

* Chain use forced lubrication.

* Drum has EBGS Groove and LEBGS Groove,Drum use pneumatic tyre clutch.Break use circulating forced cooling.

* Main break uses hydraulic disc break and belt brake,and the auxiliary brake use whirlpool brake or water break.
