The complete 50L home brewing equipment includes: 50L brewhouse (can be mashing, lauter, boiling), wort pump, 2-12pcs 50L fermenters, controller, glycol tank and chiller (on the back of controller), besides, we will send a small miller for you.
Equipment system
1. Malt Milling System
The malt is the most expensive, therefore a good fit for your malt mill can reduce 5% malt waste.
2. Mash System
Zunhuang series mash system consist of 1 vessel mash system, 2 vessels mash system, 3 vessels and other design, mainly includes mash tank, brew kettle, lauter tank and whirlpool.
3. Fermentation System
Zunhuang company are generally use 12 days as fermentation to configured fermentor,high quality fermentation, fermented good quality beer,the right amount of good commodity market with a bright future.
4. CIP Cleaning System
CIP cleaning system is consist of alkali tank, acid tank, sterilization water tank, disinfection tank, sanitary pump.
5. Cooling System
Cooling system mainly includes Ice water tank, glycol water tank, plate heat exchanger, refrigeration unit, cooling pipelines and vales and control system.
6. Control System
Control system is the core part in the whole beer production line, including: malt mash, mash, fermenting, cooling, temperature control, pressure control and other auxiliary. It can achieve the part control or whole PLC automatic control.
