It is 1 master to many slaves application. Support Modbus RTU
protocol.
Master is the PLC at RO plant. This side we recommend a LS-R324 to
connect with PLC and RO Plant. LS-R324 is to collect all slave's
data, forward to PLC for analysis. PLC process data, give command
to RO Plant.
Slaves are the sensors on tank, the valves and the pumps.
a. About level sensors, there are 2 types, because there is salt
water, to avoid Corrosion, we don't suggest thrown-in type sensor.
Ultrasonic level sensor is more recommended.
Each sensor, you need an analog I/O module to collect and transmit
the level sensor's 4-20mA signal to PLC. Use our LS-RAI02 module,
it has 2 analog inputs.
b. About the pump, each one, you need a digital I/O module to start
or close the pump. It is to control when we should intake water
according tank level. Here we recommend LS-RDIO0202, it has 2
digital inputs and 2 relay outputs.
c. About the valves, each one, you need a digital I/O to start or
close the valve. It is to control when we should blow off water
according the tank level. Here we recommend LS-RDIO0202, it has 2
digital inputs and 2 relay outputs.
