Corrugated Fingerless Type single facer Box Production Line Machine
Function and characteristic
1. Design speed: 100m/min
2. Effective width: 1400mm~1800mm
3. Corrugated rollers: 280mm
4. The drive reducer adopts oil-immersed lubrication to reduce
noise, universal joint drive and isolate power source.
5. Upper tile roller and pressure roller are controlled by
pneumatic system.
6. The paper guide adopts vacuum adsorption and air flow adjusting
device to keep the corrugated shape stable at high speed.
7. Bearings of tile rollers and pressure rollers are lubricated
with high temperature resistant grease.
8. Auto-circulating glue supply is adopted in the glue coating
department.
9. The upper and lower corrugated rollers are made of 48crmo high
quality chromium-molybdenum alloy steel. After heat treatment, the
hardness of the rollers is HRC58. ~60. The surface is ground.
10. The surface of coated cots is treated by reticulation and
chromium plating.
11. Manual or electric rubber isolator.
12. The glue coating department can operate independently when it
stops. The main motor is controlled by frequency conversion
(optional).
