POLY urethane fine screen mesh for high frequency screen deck is manufactured from high-quality polyurethane sheet with precision screen surface. This polyurethane fine screen mesh offers superior abrasion resistance and significantly longer service life compared to traditional woven vibrating screen mesh.
The anti-blinding property enables efficient screening of materials previously considered difficult or impossible to screen. With extremely fine openings down to 0.075mm, this screen mesh is suitable for a wide variety of wet and dry applications.
Features include extremely fine openings for accurate separation, low noise operation, and minimal maintenance requirements. It serves as an excellent replacement for perforated vibrating screen mesh, offering higher wear resistance and superior acid and alkali resistance.
