The whole roller surface does not have any seams, and there is no break zone. This kind of PBO felt roller is a roller specially used for the position of the discharge port. Its temperature resistance can reach 600℃, and its surface is smooth, which can well protect the flatness of aluminum profiles. With dedicated cold transfer equipment, it plays a very good role in protecting aluminum profiles and cooling down. The application of such felt cylinders has been very mature in recent years.

PBO Kevlar conveyor felt rollers are capable of withstanding operating temperatures of up to 600˚ C /. High strength and superior abrasion resistance make this a preferred product for many extrusion conveying tables. This cover has PBO fibers with resistance to chemicals and extreme temperatures. It is flame-resistant, self-extinguishing, and its instantaneous temperature resistance is 600 °C.high temp. seamless belt. Only suitable for runout table and cooling table (High Temp Zone)
