• Equipment description:
The equipment consists of motor, water pump, roller, bracket, plate brush, spray pipe, hopper, cover, water tank, valve, drive shaft, motor frame, electrical control switch and other components. The roller is driven by the chain sprocket to drive the long-axis upper sprocket and then the sprocket of the transition shaft and the stainless steel chain on the drum gearing together to realize rotating. After the material enters into the drum, washed by the spray pipe and brushed by the plate brush to achieve the cleaning effect. There are two water tanks under the drum, clear water tank close to the discharge position,water inlet pipe connected by clear water, and the circulating water tank is close to the feeding side. The water source that comes out after materials washed by punching drum is filtered through the filter mesh in the water tank for secondary use. This machine is applicant for washing root vegetables series.
