For solidified liquid products in flexitank, flexitank heating pad is a good assistant helping them be discharged more easily from flexitank.

How to use the heating pad?

First, pave the heating pad under the corrugated paper and above the container floor.

Second, make a hole on the bulkhead and pull the cable out through the hole, use cable ties fix the hoses.

Third, in the discharging site, plug in to charge and heat.

Notes:

When paving heating pad, please make sure the container floor is clean(no nails, stones and other sharp items), then pave the corrugated paper and flexitank, the heating pad should be at the bottom.

When heating, please always pay attention to the situation of liquid cargo to ensure all go smoothly.

During heating, please open the valve and connect the discharging hose, put the hose in a storage tank such as IBC tank, ISO tank, discharging when heating to save time.
