Q: How you do the quality control?
First, materials inspection by IQC
2ND, sent to warehouses.
3rd, first samples inspection by IPQC, and on-site inspection
during production every two hours by various equipment and make
reports for records
4th, 100% inspected before shipping out.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
If for cnc machining, we can accept even 1pc to test quality; if plastic injection parts, since there would be mold cost, MOQ should be discussed between both parties to share the mold costs.
