1.New Coated sand heat furnace

The device is mainly used for heating new sand in the thermal production of coated sand. The main fuels are coal, coke or gas, and fuel oil.

When working, the drying drum is heated in the furnace body, new sand enters the drum through the chute. Under the action of the drum, it is continuously pushed forward, stirred and heated evenly. After reaching the required temperature, the drum reverses and the material is discharged rapidly under the action of the guide plate.

2. FS16 Series Coated Sand Mixer

The equipment is mainly used for mixing of coated sand produced by thermal method. The working mechanism adopts relative movement of scraper and reversal, so that the material of machine disc can be stirred evenly in a very short time, so that the sand can be coated with film, the quality of sand mixing is good, the efficiency is high, and the quick breaking ability is good relative to the sand block.
