Full-automatic hot-dip galvanizing equipment adopts middle rail screw assembly type. The layout of the production line is called straight-line Gantry type, which the operating walkway is located on the side of the line body. A pedal is arranged on the operation side to facilitate the maintenance and operation of the drainage pipeline. On the non-operating side, ventilation system, bridge crane running line, other auxiliary equipment can be placed. According to the requirements of the geometry size and output of the galvanized workpiece, the length, width and depth of the zinc kettle and the material of the zinc kettle, the selection of high-temperature resistance castable cast only once.
