Description of Side Load Case Packer :

• Our proven case erector accurately picks case blanks at speeds up to 30 cases per minute. Our unique walking beam with dual-sided opposing vacuum ensures that the cases will be square all the way through the closing station without the need for flight lugs. The rugged frame is built for three shift per day operation and the servo belt drives ensure quiet, high-speed operation. Digital gauges and scales with pointers allow for a quick, no-tool changeover in as little as 15 minutes.

• pack blockage mechanism, pack diverter, infeeding conveyor, product grouping, carton magazine, carton suction, carton pushing-in, glue spray&case forming, outfeeding, hot melt glue machine and control cabinet.

1. Conveyor system: the product will be divided and inspected on this conveyor.
2. Automatic cardboard supplying system: This equipment is installed in the side of the main machine, which stores the carton cardboards, the vacuumed sucking disk will indraft the cardboard into the guide slot, and then the belt will transport the cardboard into the main machine.
3. Automatic bottle dropping system: This system separates the bottles in carton unit automatically, and then drops the bottles automatically.
4. Cardboard folding mechanism: the servo driver of this mechanism will drive the chain to fold the cardboard step by step.
5. Lateral carton pressing mechanism: the lateral cardboard of carton be pressed by this mechanism to form the shape.
6. Top carton pressing mechanism: The cylinder presses the up cardboard of the carton after glueing. It is adjustable, so that it can suitable for different size of carton
7. Automatic system control cabinet:
Case wraparound machine adopt Siemens PLC to control the complete system of the machine.
The interface is Schneider touch screen with good display of production management and status.

Our wrap around case and tray packer enables automatically counts, groups and packs unit packages in either a wrap around case or a wrap around tray. The machine has phase shift technology that permits packaging products with elliptical bottoms in tight compact case or tray.

After equipment reached the workshop of customer, We will arrange seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test production and at the same time make the equipment reach the rated producing capacity of the line. Time for installation and debug is around 15-25 days.

2. Training
Our company offers technology training to customer. The content of training covers structure and maintenance of equipment, control and operation of equipment. Training will be arranged in the workshop of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat different failures.
