As the second photo shows, we have tried to make crimped PTFE knitted wire mesh. While it turns out to be not easy, as the material is very smooth and the mesh goes back to plain net soon after corrugatation treatment. So we provide plain PTFE knitted mesh rolls only. There are still many new areas and challenges in front of us, though our factory has been in this industry for more than 10 years. It doesn't matter as we will never stop thriving to provide better goods and service!

We produce knitted wire mesh with different material, wire diameter and mesh width, both flat wire mesh and crimped wire mesh. Usually the width of wire mesh for demister making is between 100mm and 600mm. In fact we can supply mesh width range from 30mm to 1060mm.
