1. Production Application

1. The products are mainly used at middle and light style moving electronics, home appliances, power and lighting and the places where flexible required.

2. As detector line for fire alarm automatic alarm system

3. Suitable for household appliances, small power tools, instrumentation and power lighting. Double white core is used for direct connection to the lamp line; red and blue core is used for fire protection, alarm, etc.; red and white core is used for broadcasting and telephone line; red and black core is used for broadcasting line.

4. Used to connect amplifiers and audio equipment, broadcast systems to transmit audio signals amplified by amplifiers.

The special type of fire-retardant, flame-resisting, low-halogen, low-fume and non-halogen as well as acid and alkali proof for these cables can be supplied upon request.

4. CHARACTERISTICS

1. The permissble long-term working temperature of the cable conductor: PVC insulated is 70 °C. During the cable laying, the ambient temperature must be above 0 °C.

2. The permissible bending radius in cable laying and installing.

a). For unarmoured cable, it shall not be less than 6 times of external diameter of cable.

b). For armoured or copper tape screened cable, it shall not be less than 12 times of the external diameter of cable.

c). For the flexible cable with screen layers, it shall not be less than 6 times of the external diameter of cable.
