WEEM 6216 Jumbo Roll is designed for converting into high-efficiency ceramic fiber discs used in grinding, beveling, and weld removal tasks on tough metals. Constructed with premium nano-crystalline ceramic alumina grains, the abrasive provides +79% higher material removal rate compared to conventional aluminum oxide products. The resin-over-resin bonding system enhances grain retention and structural integrity under high torque.

The vulcanized fiber backing ensures exceptional heat resistance and rigidity, eliminating deformation under high-speed operations. This makes it ideal for industrial disc converters targeting applications in shipbuilding, structural steel, automotive, and heavy fabrication.

A proprietary fluoride thermal diffusion coating reduces workpiece burning by up to 77%. Available in a full grit range (P24–P120), and convertible into 4" to 7" fiber discs or custom diameters.
