It can produce a variety of concretes, such as plastic, dry hard concrete with high production efficiency, short mixing time, and easy operation.

Technical Features of Concrete Batching Plant

• Mixing system: Adopt JS series twin-shaft concrete Mixer for high quality of mixing effect. Assemble ladder, sidewalk and handrail, easily for worker maintenance. The admixtures are widely mixed by the shafts, and reach the best proportional ratio of uniform. Mixing paddles, arms and blades are made of special high chromium and high manganese alloy materials.
• Cement system: Adopt separated cement silo and screw conveyor for cement storage and feeding, bulk cement pump can be provided based on customers requirement.
• Aggregate Batching System: Adopt PLD series of automatically weighing and discharging machine, reliable quality and long service life. The each conveyor starts transferring material from the matching storage to the weighing hopper according to formula in turn, materials conveyed to next link after cumulative weighing. It’s suitable for small and medium project.
• Control System: Adopt new-design of electrical weighing system, can work with computer, control module, digital display, etc, which will make sure the measurement accurate and timely. The control software will give signal to each part of the plant, to finish the material feeding, measurement, loading into the concrete mixer, mixing and discharging.
