6L/300bar Spare Steel Cylinder For Breathing Apparatus

Steel seamless cylinder is a pressure vessel filled with air, fit for the breathing apparatus. the using temperature range is -30~60 degree.

The calculation of the minimum wall thickness is based on 97/23/EC and DIN EN1964-1. The minium wall thickness manufactory assured is more than the calculating value.

The raw material is steel 34CrMo4, certificated by National standard.

Hydraulic test:

for every production, the hydraulic test is take at 315 bar at the technical testing table, and the record of test is saved.

Quality Assuring System:

Consummate ISO9001 Quality assuring system is established.
