QUALITY CONTROL

1. Incoming material quality control:

- When receiving incoming material, the warehouse manager must inform IQC timely, all incoming material must be inspected prior to storage.

2. In-process quality control:

- Production process including: film blowing, heating , melting ,plastic film ,apron making , hot seal , cutting ,packaging ,all in-process QC must obtain relevant information and samples before starting inspection.

- 100% on-line inspection must be conducted at check point of important process.

3. Finished products quality control:

- After finished packaging and prior to warehousing, all finished products must be inspected by QC.

- Besides inspection of packaged products, packaging material must also be inspected.- Packaged products quality inspection including color ,length ,width ,weight ,and appearance.
