2R2.5 paste opaque is our new products for metal using, 3D master 26 colors, following

VITA shade guide. 3D master 2R2.5 of paste opaque will be used after first fired washing

opaque, helping to cover the color of metal. You can print this 3D master 2R2.5 of paste

opaque once or twice depanding on the labs technicans. Even you can print this 3D master

2R2.5 of paste opaque directly withour washing opaque when you use nickel chrome

porcelain with Be. Nowadays a lot of labs choose our paste opaque instead of others,

because of the good quality and color. You will be surprised at the quite prefect bonding

strength of this paste opaque.

The Firing Schedule of 2R2.5 Paste Opaque:

1. Preheat Temp: 600℃

2. Drying Time: 6 min

3. Heat Time: 6 min

4. Final Temp: 930℃

5. Holding Time: 1 min

6. Vacuum Start: 600℃

7. Vacuum Time: 6 min
