Y061 vacuum pressure hand pump is a quick hand pressure source, suitable for checking various vacuum gauges, also can be field calibrated for differential pressure transmitters, sensors, gauges and vacuum gauges. and also can be used as vacuum pressure source of the above pressure instrument. Also as a drain.
The vacuum pump can be directly connected with the instrument to calibrate in the field, quick and simple. It is an ideal calibration instrument for instrument inspection personnel.
The vacuum pump (see diagram) consists of a buffer valve, a connector, a gas release valve, a cylinder, a piston rod and a handle, and a connecting hose. The M14*1.5 table connector installed on the top of the vacuum pump is connected to the vacuum gauge.
When operating the vacuum pump, the bleed valve shall be tightened clockwise first, then the handle shall be gripped by hand, and the handle shall be repeatedly tightened and relaxed to make the piston rod reciprocate so that the vacuum pump will generate negative pressure.
