SDZ Series Compound Fertilizer Granulator - No Drying Required, Energy Efficient, High Granulation Rate

The SDZ series roller extrusion granulator is a high-performance dry granulation machine designed for one-step forming at room temperature. It is widely recognized for its energy-saving design, reliable operation, and broad material adaptability.

This granulator is suitable for granulating various types of raw materials with different concentrations, including but not limited to:

The roller extrusion granulator is driven by an electric motor. Power is transmitted through a belt pulley and reducer to two counter-rotating rollers.

Raw materials enter through the feeding port and are squeezed between the two rollers under high pressure. The extruded materials form dense sheets or strips, which then break into granules after demolding. These granules automatically fall into the crushing and shaping chamber located at the bottom of the machine. After being crushed and shaped, the granules are sieved to separate standard-sized particles, which are finally discharged through the discharge chute.
