This series corrugated pipe line is the 3rd generation of improved product. The output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe are greatly incredsed by 20-40% compared with the previous product. Online belling can be achieved to ensure the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products. The whole equipment adopts Siemens HMI system, stable extrude output, high degree of automation, easy operation.

1. Newest designed closed molding machine adopts a special high-efficiency cooling system for forming aluminum modules which greatly improves the cooling efficiency in the production of corrugated pipe products.
2. High-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine supporting a professional design of the corrugated pipe extrusion mould to archieve large-scale stable extrusion.
3. Good interchangeability of the module, the aluminum forming module uses LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material with copper content ≥ 5 %, precision pressure casting process, high density material, no light pores, long-term use, not easily deformed.
4. Welcome customize various module waveform schemes according to the user's requirments.
5. Supporting automatic DWC cutter, computer control, accurate cutting position, stable running and easy to operate.

• Screw and barrel : Use China’s best screw brand established in 1978 which has 40 years professional experience in production of screw barrels. An effective guarantee of product quality. Offer single-screw, twin-screw barrels also has special customized designs.
• Online Pipe Weight Metering And Monitoring System : Gravity metering equipment is used in the extrusion process which can save raw material consumption to the greatest extent and reduce boot waste. The control accuracy is less than ± 0.3%.
• Pipe Socketing Machine : This machine can be used for the belling of PVC/PP solid wall pipe, double-wall corrugated pipe. The belling mould adopts hydraulic driving. The range is Φ20-Φ800.
• Mixers : Adopts PLC control. It is mainly applied to the process of ingredients, mixing, coloring, drying and devolatilization of various resins such as polyvinyl chloride.
• Crusher : Shredding scraps during the production of reclaimed pipes and unconventional products produced during trial production. There are crushers with different uses and specifications to choose form.
