Vacuum brazed diamond cup wheels are manufactured by welding synthetic diamond particles to the outside edge of the wheel in a vacuum brazing furnace. All of the diamond particles are on the exterior cutting edge of the blade, with no bond-diamond segments like other wheels.

These wheels are recommended for edging and de-burring on any hard materials like Cast Iron, Steel, Concrete, Stone and Alumina Ceramic etc.

1. Flat Cup Wheel design with thinner steel body with lighter weight for fast surface grinding;
2. Available in 30/40# Coarse grit and 50/60# Medium grit;
