This Cotton Gin machine offers a simple yet effective way to separate cotton fiber with its trash from cotton seeds. The separation process makes the cotton fiber fit to undergo further processing while the trash can be used as raw materials for other testing like cotton trash analyzer.
The Saw Gin Floor-type TB510B is a lab floor type model which facilitates in trial ginning and as the pre-process of cotton trash analyzer at cotton collecting point and plant, laboratory, etc. This gin machine has the capacity to handle about 300kg cotton per hour along with the option to switch to a portable version to tackle lesser capacity.
