Introduction

WDL-series pump is anti-abrasive and anti-corrosive vertical submerged centrifugal pump, which is designed according to multiphase flow theory and practice experience. WDL-series single stage single-suction pump is applicable to convey easy crystal medium containing solid particles, featured by excellent performance, advanced structure, good anti-cavitation properties, strong bearing, stable operation, easy maintenance and long service life.

Features

• The impeller is designed as a wide-flow impeller according to the principle of multi-phase flow, which is beneficial to the passage of solid medium without causing clogging. The back blade is used to balance part of the axial force and prevent the medium reflow. The support tube and the outlet tube are made of stainless steel welded structure, excellent in rigidity and corrosion resistance. The bearing is lubricated by grease.
• WDL series anti-corrosion and wear-resistant horizontal centrifugal pump adopts modular structure design, more than 20 models, only 5 bearing bodies. The parts of the same series have great interchangeability. The inlet and outlet flanges of WDL pumps follow the standard of HG20592-2000PN16Mpa, and different flange standards can be implemented according to user requirements.
• WDL series anti-corrosion and wear-resistant horizontal centrifugal pump adopts integral casting impeller. The pump body adopts wide flow channel design, which makes the pump adaptable to the working conditions and has strong pump passing ability. It is especially suitable for high solid content, high viscosity and easy crystallization medium. It has high efficiency and excellent anti-cavitation performance. The impeller has a back blade, which can reduce the axial thrust and prevent the solid particles entering the auxiliary impeller.
