Description

LNG fuel station is specially for natural gas vehicle filling liquefied natural gas (LNG). It transport LNG to station storage and refuel gas to LNG gas vehicle through LNG submersible pump and LNG dispenser.

Main functions:

The LNG fuel station has below functions.

1. LNG unloading process: the pressurized gasification device boost tank. Then fill the LNG to low temperature storage tank in station through submersible pump and vacuum pipeline.

2. Tank pressure regulating process: Pressurize the storage tank when the pressure inside the tank is low. After gasification via pressurized gasification device and return to the storage tank via gaseous phase pipeline.

3. Tank saturation process: The LNG tranported to pressurization gasifiction by submersible pump. Reutrn to tank after gasification through the liquid phase pipeline. Make LNG to be saturated state in storage tank.

4. LNG filling process: Transport the LNG in storage tank to dispenser through submersible pump. The LNG dispenser refuel LNG to vehicle's cylinder. Begin to meter at the same time.

5. LNG pressure relief process: Control system opens tank emptying valve automatically to release the pressure after the tank pressure reaching to the user's setting pressure.
