Introduction

The KUFH2000 ultrasonic flow meter is purpose-built for measuring the velocity of liquid flow within a fully sealed pipe. This handheld device is user-friendly and easy to install. Its operation is based on detecting differences in the transit time of ultrasonic pulses, allowing the determination of flow velocity by measuring the time it takes for pulses to travel between transducers.

Flow in the same direction results in a shorter travel time compared to flow in the opposite direction. Electroacoustic transducers emit and receive short ultrasonic pulses through the liquid within the pipe. These transducers are vertically positioned on both sides of the designated pipe, secured with a clamp. The display provides real-time information on flow velocity. The KUFH2000 is versatile, compatible with metallic, plastic, and rubber tubes, and can measure temperature if equipped with a temperature sensor.
