OCP Dualfeeding Fiberhome Fonst3000 Selective Receiving 1+1 Wavelength Protectio
The FONST 3000 supports the optical channel 1+1 wavelength protection based on the OCP cards. The OCP cards are located between the OTU cards and the client side equipment. By virtue of the dual-feeding and selective-receiving function of the OCP cards, the client signals are sent to different OTU cards, i.e. the services are dual fed to different wavelength channels to avoid service interruption due to failure of an OTU card.
