The Cylindrical Donut Fender is a specific type of Foam Fenders. It is designed for simply slip over a stationary monopile. Due to its construction, the fender floats up and down with the tide levels and rotates when vessels berthing and slide along the fender. The Cylindrical Donut Fender is designed with a 100% closed cell eva foam core, a reinforced polyurea skin and low friction PE pads at the internal steel core.

Performance of normal size cylindrical donut fender

Cylindrical donut fender is an effective fendering solution for the berthing dolphins, guiding rotational structures, and corner protection facilities. Donut fender is separated with the tubular pile. There is low friction bearings to the pad, which can ensure the donut fender float up and down and freely.
