truss floor slab is a composite template which is welded into one
combination by steel trusses and galvanized steel
rolled-plate, and the steel trusses is made in the factory by the
reinforcing steel bar in the floor. In the construction phass
truss floor slab can sustain the construction loads and be laid on
the beam directly, In the simple steel project it can be poured by
the reinforced concrete. The truss floor slab replaces the template
function and leaves the erection and demolition part out, and
improves the construction efficiency
Truss floor slab is economical, convenient and fast, safe and
reliable. At present it is widely used in the area of
structure and buidings such as multi-layer factory, multi-layer,
high-rise, super high-rise steel buildings, various irregular
floor, concrete structure, high-speed railway.
Product composition
Truss floor slab consists of upper reinforcing steel bar, lower
einforcing steel bar, web steel, counter die, supports reinforcing
steel bar.
Material parameters
Upper and lower reinforcing steel bar: using three-level hot-rolled
steel plate with screw HRB400 level, or cold-rolled ribbed steel
CRB550 level
Web steel: Using cold-rolled plain bars
Steel piate of counter die: According to different purposes, it
will use galvanized steel or cold-rolled steel, the regular
thickness is 0.4-0.5mm, the amount of double-sided galvanized is
120g/m
