1.introduction

This machine is suitable for vulcanizing various rubber and plastic molded products and non-model products. It can also be used as a test strip for laboratory and research institutions.

The vulcanizer structure is a column structure, and the pressing form is a down pressure type.

This machine is equipped with YCB-25/4 type double pump, which is directly driven by electric motor. The motor is started by magnetic starter. The built-in thermal relay is used for overload protection. When the motor is overloaded or encounters a fault, it will stop automatically.

The middle layer hot plate of the machine is accurately installed in the middle of the four columns and is equipped with guide frames. The machine is heated by a tubular electric heating element, does not need a boiler, reduces air pollution, keeps the workshop clean, easy to operate, safe and reliable. Can be used stand-alone, user-friendly. The machine is equipped with a storage tank in the lower left corner, which is filled with oil, and the oil pump is used for circulation work. For oil type, it is recommended to use N32# or N46# hydraulic oil. The oil must be filtered through 100 mesh/25×25 filter before it can be injected into the fuel tank. The oil must be kept clean and free of impurities.
