2 The line wire is from coil wire, the cross wire is pre-straighten and pre-cut. Then manual to feed the cross wire to the hopper device, falling wire automatically. The cross wire is controlled by stepping motor. And the line wire through the straighten wire deice. Make the wire more straighten then go to the wire mesh welding machine to welding into mesh panel.

3 The automatic wire mesh welding machine can make max width of mesh panel 2.5m. The mesh opening is min 50x50mm. max up to 300x300mm. the mesh size is adjustable according to your required.

4 The automatic wire mesh welding machine can make the length of mesh panel as per your required size. Just to input the mesh size and quantity and length of mesh panel into control cabinet. The mesh cutting machine will cut the mesh panel as per your required size.

5 The automatic wire mesh welding machine equips 125KVA*8PCS welding transformer. And the welding transformer is water cooling.

6 The pulling mesh system is recycle, sabe much more time.

7 The pulling mesh system is controlled by servo motor (Panasonic brand)
