Product introduction

The equipment is designed according to the requirements of ISO4210 and GB3565-83 for the axial load test of the wheel. It is suitable for the axial load test of bicycle wheels of various specifications and models. The basic structure is mechanical clamping of the wheel and convenient for clamping. The cylinder lifting weight is used to automatically control the loading time to achieve the test purpose. The device structure itself considers the accurate positioning and measurement method of the device under test.

Principle

This machine is to fix the wheel axle of the wheel on the chuck. Then apply a certain load to the wheel rim and observe the deformation. The test machine meets the requirements of GB14746-2006 4.8.
