Main function:

Ⅰ. Auto feeding

1. Auto distribute and convey the big cards, and the cards monitored by the sensor, then be punched into small SIM card, and then be taken to the feeding position of the turntable.

2. When it is small injection molding SIM card, the punching mould didn’t punch, and the transfer arm will change the position of SIM card.

Ⅱ. Milling

1. The high accuracy servo system ensures the quality of milling.

2. Four axis positioning, and separately servo system for milling tools make it easy fast and flexible.

3. There are some milling programs for choice, the milling tool can be cancelled one or both.

4. The specialized fixture design to ensure the accuracy of milling depth without any influences from card thickness and size.

Ⅲ. Cleaning

The rotary cleaning and vacuuming, clean the waste of the milling, ensure the quality of IC embedding.

Ⅳ. Embedding

1. The strip IC stepped by servo and monitored by sensor, easy to adjust.

2. X,Y two transfer arms drive by servo, which ensure the position accurate and easy to adjust.

3. The unique structure to pick IC, protect the chips from damage.

4. Auto feeding the strip IC and the hot melt adhesive tape.

Ⅴ. Hot welding

1. The direction of X,Y can be adjusted by micrometer, make it visualization adjustment.

2. Unique plane structure of hot welding head to ensures no delaminating, When changing the welding head, no needs to adjust the plane again.

3. Groups of hot welding ensure quality of the embedding.

Ⅵ. Cold welding

Fast cooling the IC after hot welding, ensure the embedding much better.

Ⅶ. Auto collecting the card

1. With the ATR detection before collecting card, get rid of the broken card auto,

2. The collecting type can be chosen, allow collecting the big or small SIM card.

Ⅷ. The turntable type table.

1. Use the high-precision index plate to ensure the repetitive accuracy.

2. The unique positioning type is high accuracy.
