Scope of application:

It is suitable for testing equipment for hazardous and dangerous classification of flue gas.

Meet the standard:

In line with the GB/T20285-2006 material to produce smoke toxicity Hazardous classification, ISO19700-2006 "Controlled Equivalence thewire Method for the Determination of Hazardous Components of Fire Effluents" standards.

Main parameters:

Adopt 1 6 high precision board card + microcomputer control.

The test device consists of ring furnace, quartz tube, quartz boat, flue gas collection ration component, temperature control system, furnace displacement system and air supply system.

Power supply voltage: AC220V plus or minus 10%, 50HZ, current is less than 10A;

Maximum power: 1.5kw;

Maximum heating power: 800-1000w;

Operating temperature: 300 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃;

Accuracy: static + / - 1 ℃ (maintain time is greater than 2 min);

Gas supply and dilution air supply system: composed of air source (bottled compressed air or air compressor extraction of clean air) and adjustable 2.5 gas flow meter and gas pipeline;

PLC control and computer operation;

Calibration of heating temperature of ring furnace: the display time, temperature curve and the actual temperature control chart;

A graph of the angular velocity of the cage in real time;

The displacement speed of ring furnace: (10 + 0.1mm) mm/min can be moved at a distance of up to 600mm, the forward displacement rate can be adjusted, and the backward displacement speed is 50mm/min;
